Roger has close to 40 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing energy efficiency programs and services in the commercial, industrial, and residential markets. He is widely recognized as a leader in this space and an expert in forming and facilitating trade ally networks and leading teams. Roger speaks on the topic, conducting presentations and workshops to utilities, government agencies, professional and trade associations, and business organizations. He has performed various roles for major Evergreen clients including Energy Trust and PacifiCorp, serving as strategic leader, lighting team program director and trade ally director.

Matt Gibbs
President
Matt serves as President of Evergreen, guiding the company’s strategic vision and ensuring the consistent delivery of our client guarantee. With a strong foundation in both technical expertise and executive management, he leads Evergreen’s senior team in developing forward-thinking approaches to demand-side management programs. Under his leadership, Evergreen continues to innovate, empower its people, and deliver measurable results for clients across the energy sector.

Phoebe Dineen
Director of Operations
Phoebe is the leader of our Operations Team and has been with the company for 16+ years. She leads a team of experts helping Evergreen achieve exceptional data security, strong recruitment and retention, and management of our benefits programs. She has a senior professional in human resources certificate from the HR Certification Institute, as well as a number of other professional certifications.

Emily Pearce
Director of Client Engagement
Emily has almost 20 years of experience in business development and partnerships in the commercial and residential demand side management market. She has led strategic initiatives for many utilities and organizations, developing and designing innovative energy efficiency programs, introducing new technologies to the marketplace, and implementing national energy programs. She works with Evergreen clients and partners to ensure we are meeting their needs.

Lizzy Safranski
Director
Lizzy has 20 years of business managing and directing programs in utilities, manufacturing, and service. She successfully leads our Intermountain West and Southwest client work on behalf of Evergreen. Her team includes experts ranging from energy specialists to technical experts. She works effectively with cross-functional project teams, internal departments, senior management, contracted suppliers, trade allies and customers to resolve problems and drive progress and solutions.

Eric Wilson
Director
Eric has over 16 years of experience working in energy efficiency, demand response, and electrification program design and implementation, bringing a unique perspective on the industry and his relationships with clients and partners. He leads the charge for our Pacific Northwest work and he leads his team of experts to develop trade ally networks, deploy new programs, and bring innovation to each client and program.

Lindsay Buckwell-Yeung
Director
Lindsay has more than ten years of experience working with utilities on demand side management programs and is the leader for Evergreen’s Midwest and East Coast work. She has a rich background working for electric and natural gas utilities, implementation contractors, and a national account customer. Lindsay has seen all angles of energy efficiency programs from inception to customer experience. With a strong educational and professional background in program management as it relates to efficiency, Lindsay strategically develops and executes programs for customer success and client satisfaction.

Carly Burke
Senior Manager of Business Development
Carly has over 12 years of experience designing and implementing energy efficiency and electrification strategies for utilities and government agencies. Carly brings a balanced approach to achieving market transformation, and has secured commitments from thousands of stakeholders—customers, manufacturers, property owners and managers, retailers, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and utilities—in 25+ programs. With a strong understanding of market opportunities, she elevates relationships and streamlines processes. Carly is an active listener, nimble thinker, and decisive manager, known for her commitment to sustainable solutions for her clients.

Dan Lipman
Senior Program Manager
Dan has 12+ years of energy efficiency program consulting and 15+ years of program and project management. With invaluable leadership and interpersonal skills, he builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with staff, clients, and end-use customers. He is a proactive leader who focuses on client and customer needs while executing designed goals.

Charlotte Morrow
Senior Program Manager
Charlotte brings 12+ years of experience in lighting, energy efficiency, and clean energy programs, including utility incentives and public policy. She is highly organized in crafting data management and public outreach systems. Her results-oriented program coordination, timeline management, team supervision, alliance partnerships, and strong verbal and written communication make her a strong part of the Evergreen team.

Tom Wood
Senior Program Manager
Tom has 13 years of experience working in the lighting and construction industries including energy efficiency. In addition to building relationships within contractors, manufacturers, and distributors, he manages a large team of energy auditors and technical experts. He supports the program management for the majority of our Intermountain West work performing training and outreach, while providing technical support.

Courtney Dale

Courtney has 15+ years of experience in energy efficiency program implementation, evaluation, and market research. He is committed to ensuring that programs deliver meaningful benefits to everyone, with a particular focus on equity and service to underserved communities. Courtney applies a data-informed, adaptive management approach that emphasizes continuous improvement and real-time responsiveness.

Lauren Eagan
Senior Solutions Manager
Lauren has twelve years of experience researching, prototyping, and delivering innovative demand side management programs. She has researched and designed initiatives for heat pumps, lighting, controls, refrigeration, windows, consumer electronics, and controlled environment agriculture (CEA). She has consulted all over the nation on customer-centric program design, heat pumps, and CEA. Lauren has published papers on several emerging technologies and has presented at many national conferences including ACEEE, AESP, DesignLights Consortium, DOE Better Buildings Summit, HortiCann Light + Tech, Indoor Agriculture Energy Solutions, Esource, NEEA Efficiency Exchange, and NEEP.

Michelle Budrow
Senior Marketing Project Manager
Michelle has over twelve years of marketing experience and leads company-wide marketing initiatives. She runs a successful blog, manages production teams and processes, and manages online content. She has strong project management skills and excels at digital marketing and website administration.
